Product Specialist (Reproductive&Maternal Health team Northeast Area)

Responsibilities

• Present and inform doctors, pharmacists and hospitals about company products to obtain prescriptions within assigned territory.
• Visit doctors, pharmacists and hospitals according to the marketing strategy and the approved frequency/number of impacts for each segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders and assist at scientific congresses as determined by the company.
• Classify and segment doctors and stakeholders; propose additions, changes or removals to files.
• Track prescription habits, assess prescription potential and influence on other doctors.
• Provide accurate, updated product information using marketing materials; address doubts, objections and advantages versus competitors.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure complete information is provided to doctors when necessary.
• Gather market intelligence on doctor concerns, competitor product launches, public tenders, cost-containment measures and health authority communications, and transmit this information internally.
• Propose and organize local promotional activities (congress invitations, clinical sessions, speaker participation) in compliance with ethics standards and assigned budget, ensuring ROI.
• Manage assigned budget and ensure return on investment.
• Report daily activities, future plans and expense reports in a timely manner as requested by the company.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent preferred.
• Background in science, biology, medical or pharmacy preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Good communication skills.

• Onsite role within the Northeast area covering assigned territory.
