Responsibilities

• Deliver investment and insurance product information and provide investment advice via telephone, aligned with Wealth Research & Advisory recommendations, to assigned customer leads.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining full accuracy of information provided.
• Respond to assigned customer leads within the agreed turnaround time to ensure timely engagement and maximize conversion opportunities.
