Responsibilities

You will have full accountability for managing the individual spa unit.

• Achieve sustainable growth through continuous analysis of business and team member performance
• Drive initiatives to increase customer demand
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, guests and team members
• Continually develop spa team members through coaching and training
• Ensure the spa consistently operates at or above agreed standards and achieves maximum profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business and/or Hospitality Management
• Three years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team
• In depth knowledge of spa therapy
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
