Warehouse Supervisor

What awaits you

• Manage and monitor overall warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse activities, including:
  • Unloading, receiving, inspection, unpacking, put-away, and space arrangement for storage and stock rotation.
  • Picking, packing, and loading operations.
• Ensure all products are properly stored and organized. Manage warehouse locations and optimize space utilization.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure goods are received and dispatched properly.
• Follow up and respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage the warehouse team and assigned areas, including inventory control activities, stock arrangement by batch number, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate and communicate regarding damage, shortage, or excess goods; handle claims, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and packaging materials.
• Monitor warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Be responsible for annual stock-taking activities.
• Control and follow up on cycle count activities.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in handling daily issues and proactively communicate with the supervisor.

Your Profile You contribute

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment is required.
• Experience using SAP (Material Management module).
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Free Zone, import, and export regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
