Talent Acquisition P1 [Location] Salary: [Optional] As a Talent Acquisition P1 in Mars you would be responsible for the field of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with an in-depth understanding of a specific area. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the role. Manages, inspires and motivates a team of recruiters

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• Ideally, we expect 5 -7 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role
• We want someone who can work independently and able to motivate recruitment team associates

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support internal customers or helping colleagues manage internal client relationships
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs & determine selection criteria
• Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions
• Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends
• Help develop procedures & system tools for an area of the organization, and monitor their implementation
• Develop and coach team through deep engaging and demonstrate leadership in negotiation, planning and execution
