Assistant Domestic Sales Manager (CVS)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Director in developing and executing sales strategies for the domestic market (CVS Channel).
• Monitor sales performance and generate reports on key metrics such as sales volume, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Analyze sales data, competitors, consumer behavior, and market trends, and propose actionable sales development plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the customer base.
• Prepare departmental budgets and manage expenses efficiently in alignment with P&L targets.
• Support and develop sales promotion activities with the Trade Campaign & Marketing team, including POS promotions and joint activities with retail partners.
• Coordinate and provide support to the sales team, including distributors or dealers.
• Handle initial issues from customers or partners professionally.
• Demonstrate leadership and motivation in managing the team toward common goals.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or sales support
• Knowledge of CVS Channel will be given special consideration
• Experience working with CVS, or FMCG business
• Experience in analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends
• Experience in working collaboratively with multiple departments
• Able to accurately analyze sales data, competitors, and market trends
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
