Key Responsibilities
- Give professional advice regarding brand products and services to customers.
- Create a good buying experience and build good relationships with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Ensure cleanliness of sales area and product display according to brand standards.
- Continuously update knowledge about products, new collections, and lifestyle trends.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns of the store.
- Manage customer complaints or issues appropriately and promptly.
- Handle initial stock management and coordinate with relevant teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / Vocational Certificate or higher.
- Experience in Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle sales or Customer Service will be given special consideration.
- Good personality, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
- Interested in fashion, lifestyle, or product trends.
- Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Able to use basic English (good communication skills will be given special consideration).
