Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Providing customer service according to standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Recommending products and promotional programs to customers accurately to increase sales.
• Asking for and listening to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Inviting customers to return sincerely.
• Checking food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Delivering food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Checking the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Ensuring the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintaining personal attire and cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
• Strictly adhering to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Strictly complying with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarizing daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education: Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience: No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, active, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Has a food handler training certificate (will be given special consideration).
