About the Role

Lead and develop 3 functions: the Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Testing & Workshop teams to ensure successful NPI/PTI launches, robust process control, equipment availability, and continuous improvement in support of Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Engineering: lead team to execute NPI/PTI launches, ensure process readiness aligned with Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets, act as receiving interface for MDE team to resolve major issues before handover.
• Develop and deliver process documentation including PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, and related production documents; manage and monitor engineering change processes.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, and ensure appropriate training for new/modified machines, equipment, infrastructure, or hazardous materials.
• Maintenance: lead Maintenance team to improve machine availability with effective cost control; oversee preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Testing & Workshop: lead team to develop and support test systems per specifications, cost targets, and schedules; ensure delivery and upkeep of production jigs, fixtures, and fabricated parts; support production on test-related issues and continuous improvement.
• Safety & Compliance: ownership of LOTO and 6-side guarding implementation.

Qualifications

• University or equivalent degree in Engineering, ideally specialized in production technologies or comparable.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in electronics assembly process development with track record in manufacturing, design-to-cost, continuous improvement, process engineering and launch management.
• Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience (e.g., team leader).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing concepts and quality control methodologies; expertise in process development, implementation, and optimization.
• Competence in project management and project planning.
• Knowledge of ISO and IATF 16949:2016 standards; experience with LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma principles; familiarity with IEC and IPC standards.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, teamwork capability, and leadership abilities.
