Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL entries)
• Assist with document filing and data entry
• Help with invoice checking, payment processing, and petty cash handling
• Support month-end closing activities as required
• Coordinate with other departments for financial document flow
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and team player
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required
• Hotel industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
