Sales Freight Forwarding (Ocean Freight) Based in Thailand

Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the logistics business in Thailand and globally.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions, including Ocean Freight, Cross-border Logistics, and Project Cargo.
• Drive sales performance to achieve targets while preparing reports and market analysis to refine sales strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with transport service providers to secure competitive rates.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to explore and develop business opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand networks and business prospects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the logistics industry or in Freight Forwarding (Ocean Freight focus).
• Proven Business Development and Sales Hunting skills with a strong ability to close high-value deals.
• Expertise in Bidding, Quotation Analysis, and Pricing Strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
