Quality Improvement Specialist

Summary

The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for evaluating, enhancing, and optimizing quality-related processes across the organization. This role focuses on compliance with ISO standards, continuous improvement, digital integration, and cross-departmental collaboration. The position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting lean initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient, standardized processes.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze current processes, design "To-Be" models, reduce waste/cost/time
• Integrate MS 365 apps (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI) into business workflows
• Design and simplify processes, integrating business processes with digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate process, safety, and quality risks; ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and other applicable requirements
• Develop dashboards, visualize data, and document process change logs
• Participate in internal audits; track non-conformance and follow-up actions

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree

Major:

• Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Data Science, or a related field

Experience:

• 1–3 years in quality process management, quality engineering, or data analysis (fresh graduates are welcome)

English:

• Intermediate to advanced communication skills (verbal and written)

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or other AI tools

Applications:

• Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SAP (basic), SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, LINE Official Account, Canva, business intelligence tools, workflow systems, and Lean Six Sigma (advantageous)

Training and Certification

• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Business Process Improvement (BPI) (optional)
• Lean Six Sigma (optional), ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
