About the Role

Report to: Business Unit Director - Fertility BU
Located: Ha Noi city

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team dedicated to delivering the Fertility portfolio to priority IVF centers, hospitals, and private clinics across the district.
• Translate brand strategy into disciplined territory execution, building strong customer partnerships that drive sustainable sales growth and market share.
• Own the full business management cycle for your district: developing data-driven plans, setting clear objectives, allocating resources, and monitoring execution quality to ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
• Through regular field visits and structured coaching conversations, elevate the team’s scientific engagement, account management capability, and commercial effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated execution of business priorities and translate market intelligence into actionable strategies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement — role-modelling the customer focus and integrity that define excellence in this field.

Qualifications

• A degree in Pharmacy or Doctor; MBA preferred.
• Proficient communication in English.
• Good command in office computer skills: Word, Excel, Email & Power Points.
• At least 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical market in similar role in top multinational companies including at least 3 years' experience in leading people.
• Experience in Fertility field or Ob & Gynecology is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical market and good understanding of pharmaceutical performance and marketing in the new context.
• Good presentation, interpersonal, problem solving, project management and organizational skills; planning and driving execution skills.
• Result-oriented & customer focus, analytical thinking, collaborative work style, and ability to deal with conflict constructively.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms; experience with omnichannel execution and field force effectiveness programs.
• Proven ability to build high-performance cultures, coach others, and deliver meaningful impact for patients and healthcare professionals through compliant, customer-centric commercial activity.
