Associate Financial Analyst FC&A

About the Role

The Associate Financial Analyst FC&A is a hands-on finance role supporting day-to-day financial operations, reporting, reconciliations and documentation. The role ensures data accuracy, process compliance and effective financial controls while supporting continuous improvement of finance processes.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of month end closing and reporting activities by closing schedule
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, yearly OPEX report, including assist in variance analysis of actual result
• Provide Profit and Loss (P&L) statement comment in terms of sales/COG/Opex, regarding the variances analysis against actual, including comparisons to prior periods
• Ensure the financial statements are compiled with local statutory accounting standards as well as Group IFRS
• Timely, accurate and complete filing of Statutory audited financial statements, tax, VAT to local authorities
• Responsible for solving issues escalated by FSS/PSS/Others regarding reconciliation GL and all sub ledgers (incl. clearing issues)

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Accounting, or related function
• Good understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
