Principal Accountability (include but not limited to the followings):

• Own the affiliate GMV target; build and execute the growth strategy to scale beyond the current base
• Build a tiered creator network with differentiated commission/incentive structures
• Design affiliate campaigns aligned to platform mega-campaigns (Double-Day, payday, seasonal)
• Analyze performance and reallocate effort toward highest-ROI creators
• Ensure LEGO content gets posted; coordinate handoff with brands who self-produce
• Prepare the affiliate program to onboard additional brands

Qualifications:

• 3–5 yrs affiliate/KOL/social commerce with demonstrated TikTok Shop GMV growth (require real numbers)
• Deep TikTok Shop Affiliate knowledge; existing creator/MCN relationships a plus
• Commercially fluent — commission economics, contribution margin, ROI
• Can build and defend a growth plan
• Thai native; solid English
