About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our IT Modernization division. This role is responsible for designing and developing IT system architecture that aligns with business requirements and drives organizational growth. You will play a key role in leading IT project planning and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices in system design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop application architecture for multiple projects
- Analyze and design system integration and data flow
- Define and implement technical standards and design guidelines
- Review and approve technical design deliverables
- Collaborate with IT Solution Teams, Project Managers, and business stakeholders
- Present technical solutions and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers
- Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for technology investments
- Promote best practices in system development
Job Expectations
- Plan and design solution architecture aligned with business requirements
- Create and maintain solution documentation and technical specifications
- Establish technical standards and best practices for system development
- Oversee system design quality across multiple projects
- Recommend appropriate technologies to enhance business solutions
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, System Design, or Application Development
- Expertise in Application Architecture and System Integration Design
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Huawei) and Hybrid Cloud Solutions
- Deep understanding of Microservices, API design, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of Database Design, Data Architecture, and Security Best Practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across all stakeholder levels
