About the Role

• Sample received, review test parameters and create request in TCSP.
• Carry out sample preparation, testing follow testing standard and result recording in TCSP.
• Testing report preparation, review and release to engineer in TCSP.
• Control checked samples storage in laboratory.
• Analysis of SOP analysis and plan for testing quality assurance application.
• Conduct new test method verification and method comparison.
• Participate in Round Robin testing.
• Plan and maintain laboratory equipment by conducting preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Coordinate and control of new equipment installation and set-up test method.
• Conduct equipment verification
• Create PM/CAL program and maintain records in PM-TCSP.
• Check, manage and purchase EQ parts and consumables to be available for using
• Sample management to achieve sample processing time according to sampling plan and testing requirement from sales with accuracy.
• Assist lab supervisor to manage trouble shoot sample and/or prioritize customer samples.
• Communication to immediate supervisor and engineer for any impact to testing information.
• Data analysis, find cause of testing issues, define corrective actions and implementation.
• Provide test method training for engineer and customer.
• Analytic laboratory presentation for customer.
• Participate in sales project.
• Ensure all work responsibilities and laboratory operations align with company HSE’s requirements.
• Additional responsibility: “Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all level”.
• Follow chemical hygiene practice and 5S implementation in laboratory and workstation.
• Lab waste classification and dispose control according to lab guideline.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
