Job Purpose

Responsible for beautifully scooping ice cream and ensuring quality according to Swensen's operating standards, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream freezers in working order and check temperatures according to standards.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking temperatures with a thermometer according to standards.
• Ensure all equipment and tools used for work are clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned properly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area, free from foreign objects and pests.
• Properly handle and use ice cream containers according to standards.
• Scoop ice cream to standard sizes as specified in the product manual.
• Ensure beverage quality according to standards and sufficient for all sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor planogram.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet planogram.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standards for dine-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational regulations.
• Comply with organizational rules and discipline and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, eloquent, and agile.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Grade 9 (Matthayom 3) or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
