About the Role
The People & Culture Partner I serves as a trusted P&C advisor to a defined portfolio of clients under the guidance of a more senior People & Culture Partner. This role combines frontline P&C partnership with cross-cutting support to P&C departmental operations, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality people services. May provide direct support across all P&C disciplines or supervise a project-funded P&C team.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support across all P&C disciplines to an assigned client group as a direct service provider and/or supervisor of project-funded local P&C teams (recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, training & development, HRIS systems, work permit/visa).
- Advise on routine employee relations matters; coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
- Support global/regional P&C policy and program roll-out and participate in department-wide strategic P&C initiatives.
- Create reports, maintain documentation, and assist in vendor and knowledge management.
- Contribute to workforce planning, data reporting, process improvement and standardization across the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8-10 years of P&C experience in generalist or client-facing roles.
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite; proficiency with HRIS systems and payroll systems.
- Prior work in an international non-governmental organization helpful.
Skills
- Intermediate level P&C knowledge; policy interpretation and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Data analysis and reporting experience; able to create reports and maintain documentation.
- Able to resolve routine to moderately complex P&C issues and support complex issues with supervisor involvement.
Supervision
- Reports to a P&C Partner II.
- May supervise regional or project-funded P&C staff under guidance of supervisor.
Travel
Up to 10% travel domestically or internationally may be required.
Compensation
Expected annual basic salary range: THB 1,183,333 - 1,800,000.
