Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Logistics Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize logistics processes, including ERP system development, to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance team productivity.
• Warehouse Management Systems: Design and implement warehouse management systems, including automated receiving processes and documentation workflows.
• Problem Solving and Operations Management: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve logistics-related issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and customers to ensure requirements are met and service levels are maintained.
• Performance Monitoring and KPI Management: Measure, report, and drive improvements in key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational excellence.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Currently pursuing a 3rd or 4th-year degree in Industrial Engineering (Logistics Management/System), Logistics Engineering/Science, Supply Chain Engineering/Science, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively in team environments, demonstrating cooperation, adaptability, and an open-minded approach to achieving shared objectives.
• Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to support collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
