Responsibilities

• Inspiring Math instruction – Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons in both Thai and English that build student confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Curriculum execution – Develop and implement lesson plans, learning objectives, and teaching materials aligned with school policies.
• Student assessment & evaluation – Design and administer assessments, mark assignments and exams, and provide timely feedback in compliance with institutional and governmental guidelines.
• Performance tracking – Monitor individual and class-wide performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Professional learning – Participate in training programs to strengthen teaching methods, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
• School engagement – Support school-wide events such as open houses and orientations to promote a strong academic community and build meaningful connections with students and families.

Qualifications

• Native Thai speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to teach Mathematics in English to junior high school students (ages 13–15).
• Preferred English proficiency: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, or IELTS 6.5+.
• Strong curriculum design skills, with experience in lesson planning and syllabus development.
• Solid understanding of student assessment and educational evaluation practices.
• Cultural awareness and a commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning environment for all students.
