About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and passionate educators to join our academic team. The role involves curriculum delivery, student mentoring, and continuous improvement in teaching methods. Faculty members are expected to contribute to both academic and co-curricular development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sessions and academic activities
• Deliver engaging and informative lectures
• Guide students in projects and assignments
• Mentor and support students’ academic growth
• Evaluate student performance through tests and exams
• Plan and update lesson materials
• Maintain academic records and attendance
• Coordinate with department heads
• Attend department meetings and training
• Contribute to institutional academic planning

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Degree / Ph.D. in relevant discipline
• Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
• Teaching experience preferred
