Senior Manager, Site Expert and Training - Saraburi Plant

About the Role

Provide technical expert support to the Blow, Fill and Packaging departments to deliver KPI targets aligned with SBF Monozukuri Way and Kaizen policies, and maintain Suntory PepsiCo standards for Safety, Quality & Performance.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management in effectively running Blow, Fill and Packaging departments; manage and support site-based productivity projects, new line commissioning activities and new product launches as the technical expert.
• Consult and review documents and activities such as SOP, WI, OPL, MOC, maintenance standards and overhaul activities.
• Set up new procedures and methods for new products, SKUs and operation changes.
• Perform machine troubleshooting and breakdown analysis; ensure root cause analysis with verified corrective actions and initiate machine improvements to prevent repeated breakdowns.
• Maintain and develop SPBT work process standards and assessments; sustain continuous improvement to ensure machines run in good condition and preventive maintenance is performed as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics preferred).
• Working knowledge of Beverage PET manufacturing process and packaging line experience in Blow Mold and/or Filling Machine, at least 5 years.
• Successfully completed operator training conducted by plant SET / Specialist in the respective discipline.
• Demonstrates high level of technical competency, good communication and ability to influence others, leadership and coaching skills, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and solving performance issues.
