Director of Finance

About the Role

As Director of Finance, you will act as a key business partner to the executive team, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization while delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the group
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Drive financial reporting accuracy and transparency
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
• Partner with operational leaders to support commercial and growth initiatives
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as Director of Finance, Head of Finance, or similar senior role
• Strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and business partnering
• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred
• Experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia is a strong advantage
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership capability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
