Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the hotel's Food, Beverage, and General Store costs to ensure efficient operations and profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and receiving procedures.
• Perform monthly stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare cost reporting and work to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Cost Control or Hotel Accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel management systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
