About the Role

As a Vacation Consultant (VC) at Anantara Vacation Club (AVC), your primary responsibility is conducting Club Presentations for guests. AVC will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-versed in AVC’s Club Points Ownership and understand relevant legal guidelines, compliance rules, and presentation policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve required targets effectively, professionally and honestly.
• Deliver Club Presentations consistently and accurately; be an active and punctual participant in all presentations and trainings, keep materials current, and continue to develop presentation skills through self-assessment, practice, and feedback.
• Prepare for daily appointments and follow AVC best practices when presenting to guests.
• Build rapport and establish trust with guests; discover guests’ needs through strategic questions to customise presentations.
• Explain features, advantages and benefits of Club Points Ownership and suggest appropriate Ownership Tier to suit guests’ current and future vacation needs.
• Have a working understanding of financing options and details related to Ownership (servicing issues, construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, appraisals) to answer questions clearly and concisely.
• Treat all guests with respect and courtesy regardless of purchase decision and represent the company ethically and professionally.
• Support the company’s marketing strategies and set/review performance goals weekly, monthly and YTD.
• Adhere to 'New Owner' quality assurance and follow-up procedures and respect colleagues to maintain a one-team ethos.
• Assist in development and mentoring of other VCs as requested and maintain awareness of current events and AVC destinations to foster relationships with guests and owners.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include business travel.

• Conduct professional presentations and maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, dress code and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Korean-English speaking.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as an active team player; ability to multi-task.
• Problem-solving and negotiating abilities.
• Must be willing to work weekends or holidays if required.
• Minimum one year’s experience in vacation ownership or timeshare sectors and/or two years’ experience in direct sales.
• Tertiary or university education desirable but not essential.
