The Pizza Company-Kitchen Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานครัว

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver quality, fresh, clean, and timely food, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in every service.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect all kitchen equipment for cleanliness and readiness before starting the shift.
• Check the readiness and quality of ingredients before starting to cook.
• Strictly cook according to standard procedures and company recipes.
• Process customer orders according to priority to complete them within the set time.
• Check food quality to meet standards before delivering to the service team every time.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensure the responsible kitchen area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped at all times.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas according to the schedule.
• Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to standards.

General Operations

• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Immediately report any problems in the kitchen to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education

High school diploma (M.6) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in cooking will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Passionate about cooking and willing to learn new cooking techniques.
• Committed to and comply with Food Quality & Safety.
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess an accredited food handler's certificate (will be given special consideration).
