Responsibilities

• Position the brand as an employer of choice through effective recruitment strategies that attract talent and build a talent pool for succession planning.
• Embed company values, promote a fair, safe and inclusive environment, and lead initiatives to engage and empower the team.
• Prepare manpower plans and the payroll budget for the hotel; assist Heads of Department with forecasting to ensure payroll aligns with budget.
• Directly supervise the training department and ensure training activities meet hotel needs and programs are smoothly executed.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years’ experience in a senior People & Culture / Human Resources role.
• Passionate about promoting company values and creating programs that support a positive workplace culture.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, employment legislation, and performance management processes.
