Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Providing customer service according to trained standard procedures to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Recommending products and sales promotions accurately to customers to increase sales.
• Asking for and listening to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely inviting customers to return for future services.
• Checking food quality to ensure it meets standards before serving to customers every time.
• Delivering food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Checking the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the responsible area and ensuring all equipment is ready for service at all times.
• Maintaining personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhering to the company's safety and hygiene standards.
• Strictly following company rules and supervisor's orders.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarizing daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (Mathayom 3) or equivalent, or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service work will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be given special consideration).
