Production Engineer

About the Role

Production Engineer — Linde. Wellgrow, Thailand. Onsite, Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve daily production performance to meet productivity and quality targets
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Optimize processes using data analysis, KPIs, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., SPC)
• Support production systems and ensure accurate data and transactions (e.g., SAP)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality)
• Lead daily operations meetings and provide technical support to production teams
• Support audits, customer visits, and improvement projects
• Participate in new product development, testing, and project execution

Health, Safety & Quality

• Ensure compliance with SHEQ policies, ISO standards, and regulations
• Promote a strong safety culture and support "Zero Accident" targets
• Continuously improve product quality and environmental performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Science, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process improvement
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing processes and operations

Key Skills

• Process optimization & production planning
• Data analysis & continuous improvement (SPC, KPIs)
• Basic technical knowledge (PLC, Instrumentation, Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
• Good command of English
• Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
