Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with business priorities.
• Advise site leadership and stakeholders on effective messaging and communication approaches.
• Drive employee engagement, All-Hands meetings, change communications and key site initiatives.
• Manage external communications, including media relations, press releases, interviews, executive messaging, government relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop stories highlighting Infineon’s technology, innovation, sustainability, people and achievements.
• Champion corporate branding and visual identity across the Bangkok site.
• Support major site events, multimedia production and communication activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global communications on campaigns and best-practice sharing.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant communications experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
• Strong experience in change communications, stakeholder management, government relations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in multimedia content creation, including photography, videography, graphic design or video editing.
• Strong understanding of corporate branding and digital communication channels.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with hands-on mindset in a multinational environment.
