Facility Maintenance Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducts preventive maintenance according to the designated maintenance program and coordinates with maintenance suppliers within the scheduled timeframe.
• Controls temperature in each area of the Distribution Center to ensure it remains within the acceptable range.
• Prepares for and responds immediately to emergency situations that may arise within the Distribution Center.
• Repairs designated equipment and coordinates with repair service providers within the scheduled timeframe.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor – Facility Maintenance from time to time.

Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum of Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fair communication skills in English.
• Experience in chiller and cooling tower maintenance systems is preferred.
