• Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive sales performance and meet store targets through coaching and motivation
• Ensure operational excellence in store presentation, inventory management, and daily operations
• Model Nike's customer service standards and product knowledge
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store leadership
• Develop team members through training, feedback, and performance management
