Finance Manager - Chinese speaking based in Bangkok, TH

About the Role

1. Fully responsible for financial strategic planning, budget management, treasury, and internal control systems.
2. Strictly adhere to Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations, leading tax planning and compliance management.
3. Establish scientific financial analysis and early-warning mechanisms to provide precise data support for strategic decision-making.
4. Oversee cross-border operations, project investments, joint ventures, and multi-project fund flows along with risk management.
5. Efficiently manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and CPA firms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
8+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 3+ years as Finance Head, Finance Manager, or equivalent management roles.
Familiar with Thai Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and corporate financial management; experience in cross-border business, investment, JVs, or multi-project finance is preferred.
Thai CPA qualification, tax certification, or experience collaborating with licensed CPA firms is preferred.
Business communication skills in Chinese, Thai, or English preferred; highly principled, rigorous, and possessing strong professional ethics.

Compensation Structure

1. Base & Bonus: Highly competitive Base Salary + Performance Pay + Project Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus + Business Growth Incentives (Uncapped for HQ roles).
