About the Role

Be in charge of healthy and controlled of green spaces in the Resorts and act as the link between the Europe Africa Technical Department for Green Spaces Europe and the various sites.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of healthy and controlled of green spaces in the Resorts
• Make the link between the Europe Africa Technical Department for Green Spaces Europe and the various sites
• Control and monitor the proper execution of Green Space service contracts on the sites concerned
• Control and monitor the proper execution of the maintenance work by the Gardens team on the site concerned
• Ensure a follow-up (qualitative and quantitative) and quantify each site's needs in term of fertilisation, irrigation, phytosanitary status, equipment and pruning
• Strive for the continuous improvement of the gardens
• Establish monthly and annual Green space reporting
• Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
