Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cost control functions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Partner closely with F&B and Culinary leaders to monitor food and beverage costs.
• Analyze cost percentages and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Ensure all inventories and cost reports are aligned with financial policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in Cost Control.
• Fluent in Thai with good command of English.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
• Detail-driven with high standards of financial discipline.
