Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up fun and interactive activities for guests, ensuring they meet departmental standards and provide an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment; perform general cleaning duties, regularly check the condition of the space and report any maintenance needs.
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude; offer assistance and guidance regarding activities and equipment use.
• Provide efficient, attentive service; address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
• Ensure safety by confirming protocols, collecting signed disclaimers from parents/guardians, and closely monitoring guests during every activity.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and assist with inventory management.
• Complete all required departmental reports, forms and incident logbook entries accurately and on time.
• Participate in organizing and executing special events and activities, assist with decorations, and engage in social/cultural activities to create memorable experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a recreational or educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with children and their families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Thai Nationality only.
