Responsibilities

• Summarize product knowledge regarding materials and features into a guide for sale staff to clearly understand product selling points and target customers
• Manage day-to-day routine tasks including processing new arrivals, counting stock, price tagging, and coordinating with the warehouse
• Prepare daily and weekly allocation reports to analyze sales data, manage replacement, and execute rebalancing between stores to optimize stock levels
• Support live streaming activities by managing product inventory and preparing samples for the sessions
• Conduct market research to analyze consumer demand and behavior to ensure correct product allocation for each store
• Analyze store-by-by-store sales performance to assist in product selection and develop action plans when sales decline
• Utilize Excel extensively to manage large datasets and analyze numbers for efficient product replenishment
