Dairy Queen-Service Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานบริการ

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to every customer, and to support increasing sales at the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Providing customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Introducing products and sales promotions correctly to customers to increase sales.
• Asking for and listening to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely inviting customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Checking food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Delivering food and drinks to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Checking the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensuring the responsible area is clean and tidy, with all equipment ready for service at all times.
• Maintaining personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhering to the company's safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly following company rules and supervisor's instructions.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarizing daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent, or higher

Experience

No experience required (previous service experience will be given special consideration)

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's certificate (will be given special consideration).
