About the Role
This position is mainly responsible for fixture development and design of new products and the performance verification of fixture. Fixture continuous improvement and standardize the design of similar fixtures and file the drawings/documents.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for fixture design and development for new product independently.
- Optimization and improvement of SOP fixture
- Standardized design of similar fixtures
- Deal with fixture problems in production process in time.
- Communicate effectively with other departments
What You Need to Be Successful
Education: Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in engineering background, transducer experience in priority.
Use Solidworks/Auto CAD/office software (Word, Excel, PPT) well.
Familiar with fixture design that uses a variety of materials and mechanisms
Be familiar with the working theory for common equipment.
Capability to work independently
Must be fluent in speaking and written in English.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience in speaker production
- Familiar with factory audit process
- Rich experience on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
- Willing to learn
