ความรับผิดชอบหลัก :

(1) สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการด้านบริการ

ส่วนของคุณภาพการบริการ

• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมในการเปิดส่วนการให้บริการและความเรียบร้อยในขณะเปิดการขาย และตรวจเช็คความเรียบร้อยในการปิดร้าน โดยใช้ Checklist
• ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• ให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้า ดูแลเอาใจใส่ และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า 100%
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน SOO ก่อนเสิร์ฟให้ลูกค้า
• ดูแลให้พนักงานทำงานบริการลูกค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ตามโซนบริการ

ส่วนของความสะอาด

• ตรวจเช็คความสะอาดของส่วนบริการและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆให้เพียงพอ
• จัดตารางการทำความสะอาดบริเวณให้การบริการลูกค้า ให้พนักงานทำทุกวัน

ส่วนของขั้นตอนในการทำงาน

• สอนพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งงานต่างๆ ของการบริการ ให้มีความรู้และทำได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• สื่อสารแนวทางหรือวิธีการปฏิบัติงานจากผู้จัดการร้านให้กับพนักงาน
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมในการเปิดร้านส่วนของการบริการ และความเรียบร้อยในขณะเปิดการขาย และการปิดร้าน โดยใช้ FOH Checklist

(2) สนับสนุนการฝึกอบรม Service Excellence (On The Job Training)

• เตรียมแผนการสอน Customer Service ได้ตามหลักการฝึกอบรม
• ฝึกอบรม On The Job Training ตาม Job Station ได้ทุกตำแหน่ง
• บันทึกการฝึกอบรม และเก็บเอกสารการฝึกอบรมได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• ติดตามผลการฝึกอบรม และสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ถูกต้อง

คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน :

• วุฒิมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือ เทียบเท่า
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 4 เดือน ในธุรกิจอาหารและบริการ
• มีใจรักงานด้านบริการ
• มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความซื่อสัตย์
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ และสื่อสารกับบุคคลอื่นได้อย่างดี
