Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the machine maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability; analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
• Prepare reports and KPIs related to machine performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in machine maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, automation, and industrial machinery.
• Proven experience in implementing TPM, CMMS, or other maintenance management systems.
• Specialist in control programs such as PLC and HMI together with electrical power.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in maintenance or reliability engineering is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Thai language skills are a plus.

Skills

• TPM, CMMS and maintenance planning experience.
• Mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting and automation knowledge (PLC, HMI).
• Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Maintenance budgeting, spare parts management, and vendor coordination.
• Reporting and KPI preparation for machine performance and downtime.
