Job Purpose

Responsible for beautifully scooping ice cream and ensuring quality according to Swensen's operational standards to create 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream display freezers in functional condition and check temperature correctly according to standards.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking temperature with a thermometer correctly according to standards.
• Maintain all equipment and tools used for work to be clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned correctly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
• Scoop ice cream to standard sizes as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standards and ensure sufficient supply throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor plan.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet plan.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standards for dine-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and organizational regulations.
• Comply with organizational rules and regulations and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years old.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, articulate, and energetic.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Completed at least Mathayom 3 or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
