As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every guest room is clean, comfortable, and prepared to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help deliver a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, towels, and room supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost & found articles promptly.
• Ensure guest requests and special room requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment, pantries, and assigned work areas.
• Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times.
• Work closely with team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience in a hotel is advantage.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Positive attitude with a strong service mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
• Strong proficiency in Thai to ensure effective communication with team members
