Responsibilities

• Assess individual life insurance applications based on guidelines for issuance of AIA insurance policies
• Evaluate an individual's medical history, physical condition, occupational hazards, financial background, insurable interest and other information to determine whether to accept, modify or decline a risk
• Collaborate with the field force and other AIA functions to gather information for decision-making
• Explain and defend underwriting actions
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to align with business policy and support long-term business growth
• Explore opportunities to improve workflow and build a healthy working environment

Qualifications

• Responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date personal data is provided; failure to provide required information may affect application processing
