Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the engineering team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Develop and propose technical strategies, plans, and related budget requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of technical strategies and monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
• Communicate clear goals, expectations, and updates to all engineering team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards within the department.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability in project management and team coordination.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
