Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream to be beautiful and of quality according to Swensen's operational standards to create 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream display cabinets to be usable and check temperature correctly according to standards.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking temperature with a thermometer correctly according to standards.
• Maintain all equipment and tools used in work to be clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned correctly according to hygienic principles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area to be clean, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Maintain and use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standards and sufficient throughout sales.
• Maintain and arrange ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor plan.
• Maintain and arrange ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet plan.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standards for eat-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers so that customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational rules.
• Adhere to organizational rules and discipline and obey supervisor's orders.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, eloquent, and agile in work.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Completed Mathayom 3 or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
