Officer, MDM Route & Time (Lamphun)

About the Role

Officer responsible for master data control and management (MDM Route & Time). Ensure master data readiness and accuracy across testing phases and mass production, update AX system, support change management, and maintain business definitions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent master data control and management.
• Prepare master data on time for each testing phase according to milestones.
• Record and revise master data during testing (SOVD) by referencing ICC and product engineer confirmations to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Revise master data for mass production when receiving requests from related teams (e.g., ECRN).
• Correct information in the AX system after additions or revisions.
• Monitor and edit ECRN to support production team changes.
• Document and maintain business definitions and processes.
• Drive improvements to ways of working and appropriately solve job-scope problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and dialogue across business functions and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain good relationships across the business.

Work Environment

• Work with massive data, many details and frequent changes; mistakes can have high impact.
• Work under pressure from workload and timeline constraints.
