About the Role

As a Recreation Agent (Part Time, onsite), you will create fun and memorable experiences for children by preparing and managing engaging activities, maintaining a welcoming activities area, and providing friendly guidance to children and their families. You will follow safety protocols, assist with inventory, complete required reports, and support special events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up fun, interactive activities that meet departmental standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the activities area; regularly check condition of the space and report maintenance needs.
• Greet guests warmly, offer assistance and guidance regarding activities and equipment use, and provide attentive service.
• Ensure safety by collecting signed disclaimers, monitoring guests during activities, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Maintain and care for equipment; assist with inventory control.
• Complete required departmental reports, forms, and incident logbook entries accurately and on time.
• Participate in organizing and executing special events, decorations, social and cultural activities.
• Handle or escalate guest complaints and concerns to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a recreational or educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with children and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to enforce them.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Thai Nationality only.
