Manager of People & Culture

About the Role

At NH Collection Samui Peace Resort, the Manager of People & Culture is a strategic business partner responsible for creating an exceptional team member experience while supporting operational excellence. This role leads all aspects of People & Culture, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and compliance with Thai labor legislation. The Manager of People & Culture plays a key role in building a positive workplace culture, developing future leaders, and ensuring that every team member embodies the NH Collection service philosophy and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all People & Culture functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning & development, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor legislation and Minor Hotels policies.
• Support succession planning, employer branding, and organizational development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR, L&D, or People & Culture within hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Experience in premium hotel brands preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
